1 0 . Returning the goods

1 0 .1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defects of sold low-quality goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are exchanged, returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania .
1 0 . 2 . The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
1 0 . 2.1 . The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
1 0 . 2.2 . The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
1 0 . 2.3 . The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance: intact label, untorn protective film, etc. (this clause does not apply in case of returning a defective product);
1 0 . 2.4 . The returned product must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned);
1 0 . 2 . 5 . The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods were not met;
1 0 . 2 . 6 . The return of the goods is carried out in the manner determined by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply in the case when the goods are of poor quality - in such a case, the return of the goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
1 0 . 3 . The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810, Part 1 of the Civil Code;
1 0 . 4 . The money to pay for goods accepted by the Buyer, but later refused, is returned to the Buyer's account no later than 5  ( five ) days from the day the goods are returned to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.

Returns or exchanges are subject to the Retail Rules. In accordance with the provisions of Clause 18 of the Rules, goods of unsuitable quality are exchanged for goods of suitable quality and goods are returned in the cases and under the conditions specified in Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code.

Please note that Article 6.363, Part 7 of the Civil Code stipulates that the buyer, who was sold an item of inadequate quality with defects not discussed by the seller, has the right to demand from the seller: 1) remove the item's defects free of charge (repair) thing); 2) replace an item of inadequate quality with an item of adequate quality free of charge; 3) reduce the price accordingly; 4) unilaterally terminate the contract and demand the return of the paid price. Legislation stipulates that the right to choose one of the above-mentioned alternative requirements is given specifically to the user.

It should also be noted that in accordance with Article 6.363, Part 8 of the Civil Code, if the buyer terminates the contract due to the inappropriate quality of the item, the seller must immediately, but no later than within fourteen days  from  days of return of the item, return the paid price . Item of inappropriate quality return costs are borne by the seller . The seller, returning the price paid to the buyer, does not have the right to deduct from it the amount by which the value of the item decreased due to its use or the loss of the item's appearance or due to other circumstances .  The user can use the right to return an item of inappropriate quality over a period of two years  (statutory warranty) if the seller has not specified a longer warranty period.
