Legal acts in force in the Republic of Lithuania set a 24-month shelf life for all personal consumption goods . warranty period. The concept of personal consumption goods does not apply to electronic components, parts, assemblies, cables, connectors, power supplies and other products for which the warranty periods are determined by the manufacturer.

For legal entities, the warranty period applies/does not apply according to the warranty periods established by the manufacturers.

If your product breaks down during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product with a new one free of charge - you just need to present the product purchase document .
You receive the purchase document (cashier's check, invoice) together with the purchased product or by e-mail. by mail, when we receive your payment for the purchased product.

The warranty does not apply to: *

  • for goods that have mechanical damage, signs of destruction;
  • for goods that were not used for their intended purpose;
  • for goods whose faults occurred due to the buyer's fault;
  • for goods with damaged serial stickers;
  • for goods that were repaired in an unauthorized manufacturer's service; **
  • when the failure occurs due to environmental factors (storm, rain, etc.), force majeure (fire, flood) or random external factors (voltage surge, etc.);
  • if the malfunction is caused by liquids, objects, etc. that have entered the inside of the device;
  • if the buyer does not submit a purchase document (invoice, check, leasing agreement);
  • for malfunctions caused by the use of non-original accessories;
  • for wearing parts (wires, connectors, batteries, brackets, etc.);
  • for information stored on information carriers;

* Provisions of warranty limitation or non-application are harmonized with Article 6.333 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. in part 3.

If a store employee determines that your product is irreparably damaged due to the fault of the manufacturer (low-quality product) during the warranty period, in this case, upon presentation of the product purchase document in our store, you have the right to request to replace the damaged product with another of the same type or to return the money you paid for the product.

If the store employee determines that your product is defective during the warranty period due to the fault of the manufacturer (low-quality product), but it is possible to repair it, in this case, you have the right to choose to remove the defects of the product free of charge (repair the product), replace the defective product with a suitable product for free quality item, reduce the price of the item or unilaterally terminate the sales contract and demand the return of the price paid for the item. If you choose the last two options, you deliver the product to the store together with the purchase document. If you decide to repair the product, inform the store employee serving you.

Please note that:

  • for repaired or replaced goods, the warranty period is calculated from the date of original purchase of the goods.
  • based on Article 6.335 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. we note that in the event that the buyer cannot use the items for which the quality guarantee period is set due to obstacles that depend on the seller, the warranty period is not calculated until the seller removes those obstacles, and the warranty period is extended for the time that the buyer could not use the item due to defects , if the buyer properly notified the seller about the observed defects and if nothing else is stipulated in the sales contract.
  • all costs related to the transportation of the goods to and from our store are paid by the Buyer;
  • the information contained in the information carriers is not covered by the guarantee. Costs for data loss or recovery are not covered.
